Ingredients:

  • 2 cups boiled water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp xylitol (if you have corn allergies, make sure Birch derrived)
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 16 drops of peppermint oil (or favorite flavor)
  • 40 drops trace minerals (optional)

Instructions:
